Welcome to use ApiChatcher debugging tool (hereinafter referred to as "this software"). You should read and comply with the "ApiChatcher Terms of Service" (hereinafter "these terms", "these service terms").

This software refers to the packet capture debugging tool developed by the developer and authorized users to purchase, download, install and use in accordance with these terms and other related agreements and rules.

The iOS version of this software can only be obtained through the "Apple App Store"; the macOS and Windows versions can only be obtained through the official website of this software (https://apicatcher.net). You should choose a version that matches your terminal. Otherwise, you may not be able to use this software normally. Any legal disputes or third-party infringements caused by obtaining or cracking and using any version copy of this software from any other unofficial channel shall be your sole responsibility.

You may not privately extract or make copies of this software through technical means.

All other rights not expressly authorized by this article and other articles of these service terms are still reserved by the developer of this software.

3. Software Updates

In order to improve user experience or improve service security, ensure functional consistency, comply with local laws and regulations, adapt to application policy changes and other purposes, the developer has the right to update this software or change the functional effects of some parts of the software. For software versions that are no longer available for download for any reason, you should not seek illegal means to crack historical versions, otherwise you shall bear the responsibility for any legal disputes or third-party infringements.

4. User Behavior Standards

5. Account and Login

The login feature is solely used to synchronize your subscription status, allowing your subscription benefits to take effect across multiple platforms and devices simultaneously. The login feature is optional, and you may choose not to log in to use the basic features of this software.

You should keep your account information and verification code secure. Any loss or legal disputes arising from the leakage of your account information or verification code due to your own reasons shall be borne solely by you.

You understand and agree that after logging in to your account through this software, your subscription status information will be bound to your account for cross-platform and cross-device synchronization. A single account can only be used on up to 3 platforms simultaneously. You may not share or lend your account to others, and you shall bear all consequences arising from account sharing.

6. Responsibility for Your Own Behavior

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all your behaviors in using this software, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom. If you cause damage to any third party or suffer damage due to your own behavior, you shall bear the responsibility independently.

7. Refund Policy

This software does not offer recurring subscriptions and only provides lifetime membership purchases. You can experience the core features of this software for free; only premium features require payment. You should only purchase when you confirm that you need the premium features. Once purchased and the account is successfully granted membership permissions, refunds are generally not supported. If the account fails to receive permissions in a timely manner after purchase, you may request a refund. If you purchased on our official website, you can contact us to apply for a refund. If the purchase was made through the Apple App Store as an in-app purchase, you need to apply for a refund from Apple.

8. Others

If these terms are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
