1. Scope of Terms

These terms include all agreements, rules, and specifications related to this software. Once officially published, they form an integral part of these terms.

2. About This Software

This software is a packet capture and debugging tool developed and licensed for purchase, download, installation, and use under these terms and related agreements.

The iOS version is available only from the Apple App Store; Android only from Google Play; macOS and Windows only from https://apicatcher.net. Use the version matching your platform. You bear sole responsibility for legal disputes or third-party harm from unofficial or cracked copies.

You may not extract or reproduce copies of this software by technical means.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the developer.

3. Software Updates

We may update this software or change features to improve experience, security, consistency, legal compliance, or platform policies. Do not use illegal means to obtain discontinued versions; you bear responsibility for resulting disputes or harm.

4. User Conduct

You must comply with applicable laws and these terms. You must not, nor facilitate others to:

  • Violate local laws or regulations
  • Engage in conduct prohibited by these terms or related policies
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to alter software functionality
  • Use this software to interfere with unauthorized target software
  • Bypass authorization with cracking tools or use the software illegally

5. Account and Login

You may register and sign in with email and verification code. Sign-in is used to: (1) sync subscription status across platforms and devices; and (2) when you enable Cloud Sync, associate end-to-end encrypted rule configuration backups. Sign-in is optional for core capture and debugging features.

Keep your account credentials secure. Losses from leakage due to your own actions are your responsibility.

After sign-in, subscription status is bound to your account for cross-platform sync. One account may be used on up to 3 platforms simultaneously. Do not share or lend your account; you bear consequences of account sharing.

5.1 Cloud Sync

You may voluntarily enable Cloud Sync per product documentation to sync selected rule configuration across devices. You understand and agree:

  • Cloud Sync uses end-to-end encryption. You set the encryption passphrase; it is stored only on your device and is not uploaded. Keep it safe; if you forget it, we cannot restore encrypted cloud configuration—you may need to delete cloud data and set a new passphrase. See the Cloud Sync User Guide.
  • Cloud Sync does not upload capture traffic—only selected rules and configuration files, stored as ciphertext on our servers.
  • You may disable Cloud Sync or delete cloud configuration data in the app; deleting cloud data usually does not affect local configuration.
  • You are responsible for loss or inability to decrypt data due to passphrase disclosure, inconsistent passphrases across devices, or failure to keep local backups.

6. Responsibility for Your Conduct

You are responsible for all use of this software and any consequences, including content you create and harm to third parties or yourself.

7. Refund Policy

Membership options:

  • Pro: Lifetime purchase only (one-time payment).
  • Ultimate: Monthly/yearly auto-renewing subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.

Core features are free; premium features require payment. Purchase only when you need premium features.

For lifetime purchases, refunds are generally not supported once membership is activated. If membership is not activated promptly after purchase, you may request a refund.

Website purchases: contact us for refunds. App Store or Google Play purchases: apply to the respective platform.

For Ultimate subscriptions, benefits remain until the current billing period ends. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Cancel through the same channel used to subscribe (App Store, Google Play, or our website). After cancellation, access continues until the paid period ends, then reverts to free tier. Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

8. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

If language versions conflict, the English version prevails except where applicable law requires otherwise.
